Letter from Paul Signac to Vincent van Gogh
Arles, 4 April 1889

[Postcard written by Signac to Vincent, from Cassis (B.d.R.), postmarked April 4, 1889, addressed to “L'Hôtel Dieu,” Arles.]

My dear friend,

After having rambled along the coast, I settled in Cassis. I am sending you my address so that you can let me know how you are getting on. I have written to your brother, but he has not answered me at all. With a cordial handshake,

Yours, P. Signac

2 Place de la République - Cassis

At this time, Vincent was 36 year old
